Q1: Can I use devices other than Windows PCs?

A1: Of course, CommSafe is responsive Design by nature and should work on most devices and through most browsers.


Q2: Departments and users?

A2: For Company actions roles usually have people assigned (who may come and go) we make that fast and easy through the Business Dashboard.


Q3: Do company Departments and users have CommSafe Mailboxes?

A3: Yes if you want.


Q4: Forms and Documents my staff use, do you have a Content Manager?

A4: Yes, you can store and upload files for use in CommSafe


Q5: I have suppliers and contractors can I configure them (inside my company setup)?

A5: Yes, of course, that’s normal in the corporate world. Providers and other “groups” are readily defined and populated. Even if your provider works for another CommSafe Company too. (for example a specialist might work in a range of clinics)


Q6: I want to load big Print files, how should I do that?

A6: Large bulk transactional files are better loaded via batch processes rather than through the website. Approach us to set that up for you.


Q7: I want to on-board thousands of customers, can CommSafe do that?

A7: Commsafe online Sign Up processes can be batch executed.


Q8: The Company dashboard, is access masked?

A8: Yes, subject to Roles and Authority assignments your view of the Dashboard is masked.


Q9: Who can see my Company set up, Customers, Connections and other details?

A9: Only your Company Users with appropriate authority and assignments.


Q10: My Company has departments and cost centres, do you allow for that?

A10: Absolutely, Departments, Roles, Authority Levels and users plus Customer types and Groups are all native. We think it’s pretty good, ask us for a demo.


Q11: What is CommSafe?

Q14: Cost and Service wise CommSafe optimises my Legacy Print and Mail, how?

A14: Leveraging our extensive background in OCR processing of Mail we address process your mail collate and consolidate it making it optimal for speedy delivery and best cost. At the same time better managing your mail, CommSafe keeps meta data all the way from capture to Print and Mail batching. (or redirect to a Commsafe Mailbox)


Q15: Do you change my Letters?

A15: No your document is unchanged. We add a mailing cover page but that’s all.


Q16: Hybrid Mail, how does that work?

A16: Be it a single document or a batch of documents, areas of interest data is captured and using template matching processing and connection matching we deliver your communication to the right person the right way. (your relationship credentials with your client are always honoured) We even have default to Print and Mail if the document is not received (opened) on time.


Q17: I have a Legacy Print and Mail problem, can you help?

A17: CommSafe’s take on Hybrid Mail is deliberately easy to use and allows you to access both electronic delivery and optimised Print and Mail outcomes…and not a line of code installed anywhere in your IT environment. Your IT guy will love and hate us.


Q18: What do you do to my mailing addressing detail?

A18: We precisely match it against the Australian PAF and translate it on the mailing cover page to Australia Post Standards. Otherwise it is printed as is.


Q19: Integration, what sort of integration must I undertake to access CommSafe?

A19: None…Yes None!!
